I have not received my purchase confirmation

The confirmation of your purchase arrives immediately to the email you have left us contact, be sure to check the Spam folder, unwanted or other of your email as it is possible that it arrived there. In case you don't find it, just let us know your full name and contact telephone number in any of our attention channels to check it together.

Why does the confirmation arrive in the Spam, Junk or Other folder?

Your email security filters out the emails you talk to most often and the ones that are completely new tend to go to the referral inboxes. So you can add us as a contact or simply check that our replies arrive in your main inbox.

I received my # order , now what do I do?

Once you have received your order number, all you have to do is wait for our email with the tracking number generation so that you can check the status of your order. Please note that the generation is automatic and when you receive it the system may not be updated yet, so we ask you to try again in the following working days.

I received my tracking number but my information is missing, non-existent or lost.

As indicated in point 3, you received your tracking # which was generated automatically, so it may not be updated on the official platform, so we share with you orientative search platforms to be able to check the movement. We recommend starting the tracking within 4 working days. 

What happens if there are missing items or incorrect products when I receive my order?

For lost or misshipped items, please contact us at info@lineabrandstore.com. Please include your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof (image file size must be less than 1MB). We will be happy to return the correct item to you at no additional cost and will not require an item to be returned to you in error. You can keep it as a gift from us.

How do I know that my order has been shipped correctly?

You will receive a confirmation email with the order number and details of your purchase. If you dont receive this, check your spam folder.

I want to change my ordered items. That I have to do?

You are allowed to change your order no later than 23:00 (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day after placing the order. You can contact us at info@lineabrandstore.com to request a change.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add items to your basket:

Go to the page for the item you are interested in, then select your preferences for the item. If you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be redirected to the "Cart" page.
Enter the quantity of the item you want to order in the "Quantity:" field next to the item image. After entering a quantity, you can continue shopping or finalize your order.
How can I see what's in my cart?

To view the contents of your basket, click on the basket icon at the top of the site page. Once you click this icon, you can easily change the number of items you want to purchase in your cart by updating the quantity displayed. You can also remove any item from your cart by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.

How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my cart?

First, click the “Shopping Cart” icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This allows you to see all the items that are currently in your cart and the quantities you have selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move the cursor over that item's quantity field and enter the desired quantity. Once you have done this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically update and display the correct amount for the quantity and cost on the right side of the screen.

I have purchased a product and it does not appear on the website.

If the product you wish to exchange is not available, please contact our customer service team, who will provide you with information on the estimated delivery time. If your product is sold out in the meantime and you have already created a return, we will contact you to find a solution together.

How to pay with PayPal?

PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. Once you have finished adding items to your cart and are ready to complete your transaction, you can click the PayPal button. You will be redirected to the PayPal site. Make sure you enter the correct information for fast and hassle-free payment processing.

How to use a discount code?

To use a promotional code, follow these steps:

Select the item you want to order, then click the green "Order" button.
You will then be redirected to our customer information page. On the next page, fill out the relevant required information. You will see a "Discount" box at the top right of the page. You must enter the discount code and then click "Apply". You should verify that the discount has been applied and is valid by viewing the breakdown below.

Cancellation of orders is allowed until 23:00 (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. After this time, cancellation is no longer possible. You can contact us at info@lineabrandstore.com to request a cancellation.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we treat the information you provide to us when placing an order through our online store (or otherwise) with the utmost care. The server on which our store is hosted encrypts the transmission of all customer personal and credit card information using the standard Internet Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

When can I expect delivery of my shipment?

All orders ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order. Delivery takes 5-12 business days from shipping date depending on carrier availability and location. We regret that delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or if the delay in transit is caused by the carrier.

What are your shipping costs?

Delivery is free throughout United Kingdom.

What countries do you ship to?

How can I change my delivery address?

An address change is only allowed until 11:00 p.m. (PDT, -7 GMT) on the day of the order. You can contact us at info@lineabrandstore.com to request such changes.

Can I ship to an address other than my card billing address?

Yes, that is possible!

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on normal business days, excluding holidays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

 

FEBRUARY UPDATE: I have received an email that Linea Brand shop is moving to another warehouse, does this affect my order?

We are currently moving warehouse and it will take 1-2 more weeks to ship the items. We will only be a little late in shipping your order. We are making these changes to improve the quality of our products, store more stock and be able to ship faster from next month.
